Admissions Procedure

Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy offers a streamlined and transparent admission process designed to ensure that prospective students can easily apply and secure admission to their desired programs. Our admission procedure is aimed at identifying and enrolling talented individuals who are committed to academic excellence and personal growth.

Procedure for Admission:

1. Download or Collect Admission Form:

  • a) Download from Website: Visit the official website of Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy. Navigate to the admissions section, where you can download the admission form directly. OR
  • b) Collect from the Admission Department: You can visit the admission department of Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy in person to collect the admission form. A prescribed fee may be associated with obtaining the form directly from the university.

2. Single Admission Form for All Courses:
Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy uses a single admission form applicable for all courses the university offers. This simplifies the application process for students applying to different programs.

3. Filling Out the Admission Form:
Once you have the admission form, fill it out completely and accurately. Provide all required information as indicated on the form.

4. Submission of Documents:
Along with the admission form, prepare and submit the necessary documents. These typically include academic transcripts, standardized test scores (if applicable), letters of recommendation, identification documents, passport-sized photographs, and any other documents specified by Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy.

5. Application Fee:
Pay the prescribed application fee when submitting the admission form. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing your application.

6. Submission Process:
Submit the completed admission form and all required documents either online (if applicable) or physically to the admission department of Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy. Ensure you meet any specified deadlines.

7. Application Review:
Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy’s admission committee will review your application, including your academic background, documents, and any additional requirements such as entrance exams or interviews (if applicable).

8. Admission Decision:
After reviewing your application, Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy will notify you of their admission decision. This may include an acceptance, rejection, or placement on a waiting list.

9. Acceptance and Enrollment:
If accepted, follow the instructions provided in the acceptance letter or email. Complete enrollment procedures, including paying tuition fees, submitting additional documents if required, and registering for courses.

10. Orientation:
Attend the orientation program organized by Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy to familiarize yourself with campus life, academic resources, and other important information.

11. Visa (for International Students):
International students accepted to Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy may need to apply for a student visa. Follow Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy’s guidelines and procedures for obtaining the necessary visa.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed Class XII with at least 50% aggregate marks fulfill Acu-Arogya Wellness Academy eligibility criteria for UG course admissions. Candidates who possess a graduate degree are eligible to apply for PG courses offered at the university.

Procedure for Admission
After submitting the application online or at the academy in person, contact (or Call) the education counselor (Numbers mentioned in the Contact page). In case of any confusion or further inquiry, students can visit our office and meet the education counselor for the same.

List Of Documents

Documents required for Admission
1. Photo Copy of Class XII or Higher Secondary school leaving Certificate or its equivalent Mark sheet & Pass certificate.
2. Photo Copy of Class X or Secondary School Certificate & Pass certificate.
3. Photo Copy of Transfer Certificate of School Leaving Certificate.
4. Photo Copy of Character Certificate from the last passing institute.
5. Photo Copy of Provisional / Degree Certificate (For Advanced courses Only)
6. Photo Copy of Valid Address Proof/Govt. issued certificate
7. Photo Copy of Any photo ID proof.
8. Original of Migration Certificate.( Original)if required
9. Domicile certificate/ Certificate of Identification (COI)
10. Declaration.
